CANYON BIRD'S FOOT TREFOIL

Lotus argyraeus

Blooms in early spring and summer. Belongs to the pea family and can be found in canyons, on dry slopes and benches at altitudes between 3500'-8000', in the pine forests of the San Bernardino, San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains.
